How do I register for ISF 2024?

- Read T&C before ticking the Consent Box, then click Submit
- Fill out the form (check that all information columns have been filled in)
- Check that you have entered the correct Captcha code
- Click Submit
Why can’t I submit my form after filling in?
To ensure successful registration process please pay attention and ensure the four points below are completed:
- Make sure that you have entered the complete information in every section correctly
- If the first attempt is unsuccessful, please check each section again thoroughly. Any missing fields will be marked by red text.
- Kindly note that you are required to select at least one Plenary or Thematic session.
- Please check that you have entered the correct Captcha code as it refreshes every attempt.
What is a Referral Code?
Referral codes are reserved for the ISF 2024 guest list (non-public participants). If you have a referral code, please enter it before submitting the application.

How do I know if my registration is successful?
You will receive a registration confirmation email that confirms your submission. This email will provide you information about your credentials (email & password) to access your user page and registration status. Please save these credentials as you will need them each time you login.
Please note that the registration confirmation email IS NOT THE SAME as the ticket for event entry.
Kindly check your registration status on your user page regularly to know whether you will be able to attend the event. If registration is approved, you will also receive a registration status email (ticket confirmation) closer to the date, which will contain the invitation and QR Code needed for entry.

When will the committee confirm my ticket to ISF?
Upon successful registration, the committee will confirm your slot within 7 working days. You will then receive a registration status email (ticket confirmation) closer to the date, which will contain the invitation and QR Code needed for entry.

Prior to submission, please check that you have entered the correct email.
Once you have submitted the registration form, please also check your email spam/junk folder, especially if using an office email. Please note that every office email carries various levels of security which may impact our registration confirmation email delivery.

What should I do after receiving the registration confirmation email?
The seats to this event are limited. If allocations allow, nearing the event you will get a registration status email (ticket confirmation) with participant QR Code to enter the event

Will there be on-site registration for participants during the event?
All participants to the event must be pre-registered online. Entry to the event will require the QR Code sent in the invitation.
